IMPULSES
This exploration led to a renewed artistic expression, captured in my recent flower series, as I embraced the beauty of living in the present moment.
In this series, the impetus for each work arises from a desire to distil the flower to its most essential, recognizable form, reducing it to the threshold where identity and abstraction meet. I explore color, form, and composition with deliberate restraint, never pushing the image to the point of obliteration, but rather to the edge where its purest essence begins to reveal itself.
These paintings are created through impulse: an immediate, intuitive response to beauty as I perceive and feel it. The gesture becomes a conduit for capturing the flower’s inner life, its rhythm, its fragility, its quiet power. What remains on the canvas is not a depiction, but an essence made visible.
